You smile. I melt
It was amazing meeting this couple and seeing how God has brought them together so perfectly. We loved their spontaneity where the location scouting afternoon turned into a fun impromptu photo session (see the pics here) with some delicious milkshakes and fries at The Boathouse near where Daniel proposed. It wasn’t just any proposal- Daniel raised the bar for all grooms-to-be by laying out a dream house floor plan with tea candles after a beautiful romantic dinner.
Their wedding held at Christchurch St Ives with the reception at the Royal Motor Yacht Club had little touches that made it unique and showed their fun and classy personalities. We thank God we get to share in our client friends’ weddings- who can resist smiling when you see two people in love with each other. Sometimes we find ourselves being more than photographers- on this day JJ had the honour of tying a double windsor for the groom and thankfully it lasted the night:) He also witnessed the first game of pre wedding tennis in Daniel’s front yard with his groomsmen suited up. We really do love our job.
We are almost at capacity with weddings for this year already so if you know anyone who needs a photographer for 2014 make sure they get in touch with us soon so we can grab a coffee and see if we click (no pun intended…or was it?)
Hope you enjoy the sunshine as you take in the smiles and laughs from this celebration of love:D
